It has been proven a long time ago that bright colorful foods can actually make us feel better. Undoubtedly, the most colorful are vegetables and fruit (and very few can argue about the positive impact they have on our bodies and overall health). Nonetheless, it’s not about nutrition exclusively. Bright colors instantly improve our mood and make us feel more cheerful. Therefore, isn’t that a good reason to start your day with delicious nutrient-packed vegan papaya milkshake? It surely is!
First of all, I have some quick advice – always keep some frozen bananas in your freezer. If you’ve just used the last one you had, throw in some more to have for later! That way you’re never caught unprepared. Frozen bananas are a go-to ingredient for many different smoothies and even vegan ice creams. So it wouldn’t hurt to always have some in stock. Just slice up one ripe banana, put it in a ziplock and freeze overnight. Done!
Now if you’ll excuse me, I am going to take off and enjoy this delicious vegan papaya milkshake on my own. And if you want some too, grab the recipe below!
