Let’s talk about this Hot Fudge Sauce. It’s sweet, but not sickingly so. It’s dark, but not at all bitter – my dark chocolate hating mother loved it (hi mom!). It’s deeply rich and full of chocolate, like melted brownie batter (poured over ice cream. omg.) It’s the perfect addition to sundaes everywhere. Best of all, it’s dairy, corn, gluten, and refined sugar free, but you’d never know it!

Make this hot fudge. Make a sundae.

Top that sundae with whipped coconut cream. And sprinkles. Lots of sprinkles.

Hot Fudge Sauce

6 oz Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
3/4 cup Coconut Sugar
2/3 cup Coconut Milk
1/2 cup Clover Honey
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla
In a medium sized mixing bowl over medium heat, whisk all ingredients – except vanilla – together until sauce lightly boiling, reduce heat and continue simmering 5 minutes. Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla.
Keeps over a week in a refrigerated airtight container.
