Paleo Raisin Scones

1/2 cup coconut flour

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 cup coconut oil (I melted it)

1/4 cup honey

4 large eggs

1/2 cup raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a food processor, combine dry ingredients.

Add oil, honey and eggs. Pulse a few times until blended.

Stir in raisins by hand.

Form round discs and place on a parchment lined baking sheet or use a Silpat.

Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Cool and serve.
