I kept forgetting to take pictures of the cooked versions…because I ate them THREE times…
Individual Apple Pies
Preheat oven to 350°F degrees
- 1 Apple
Cut off the top and scoop out the interior. Discard rough seed area, and roughly chop the remainder and place in a bowl. Mix in:
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 2 tsp flour
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp (or pinch) nutmeg
- splash of lime/lemon juice
Stuff the apple with the mixture and place it on a cooking sheet or in a cupcake tray.
Cover the apple with aluminum foil. Repeat for as many apples as desired.
Bake for 30-45 minutes, allow to cool.
