Farfalle With Kale

Farfalle With Kale
I adore healthy ingredients. Not only they taste so earthy and look so gorgeous, they are also packed with nutrients. Something like Kale is very rich with iron. I love kale in soup or even stir fried on the side of my meat dishes. But what I’m about to show you is this humble, rustic recipe that easy to fall in love with.

This lovely bow-tie pasta with deep green kale is a guaranteed comfort food. It’s easy to whip up in 15 minutes or so. I add the beautiful hard oil eggs on top. Oh it’s yummy.

Pasta & Kale 2

Farfalle with Kale

Ingredients:

1 ½ cup farfalle or any kind of pasta you prefer

2 bunches of Kale- washed and sliced

½ cup fresh cream

½ cup chicken stock

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cloves garlic- minced

1 onion- chopped

2 tbsp olive oil

2 hard boiled eggs for garnish

Hot sauce to serve on the side

Preparation:

Cook pasta until al dente and keep aside.

In a medium sauce pan, sauté onion in olive oil until translucent. Add garlic and stir for one minute or until fragrant.

Add kale and toss for 1 minute, then add chicken stock.

Cook further for 2-3 minutes or until kale is soft. Season with salt and pepper.

Add fresh cream and stir well so the sauce becomes thick. Now you can add pasta and toss well.

Serve with sliced hard boiled eggs on top and hot sauce on the side.
