Now let’s talk about deep fried Oreo! Again I don’t know who invented this wicked recipe, but it is one of the genius recipes we love. These golden brown fire balls are crispy from the outside and the cream oozed out from the inside.
Many people use pancake mix as the batter, but I like to make it from scratch. It is super easy and the result is wonderful. All we need is lightly whisk flour, eggs, sugar, salt, baking powder and milk together. It doesn’t need to be perfect. Little lumps in the batter are totally ok. Just make sure it reaches the consistency that easy to coat the Oreo.
The oil has to be medium heat. Quickly dip the Oreos in and deep fried them for just about a minute or until golden brown. While deep frying them make sure you keep the children engage in something else otherwise this Oreo will just vanished before serve
