The nugget is back! I apologize for my prolonged absence, but as I have said in earlier posts, Summer is actually my busiest season. I work 6 days a week at a company I adore training kids in musical theatre alongside some of Broadway’s bests. I’ve barely had anytime to cook, so I thought I would share thisSUPER EASY, SUPER QUICK Summer dinner! Taco Tuesday anyone?
This is not a sponsored post, I just have always been a Trader Joe’s fan and I realized as I was putting together these tacos that all of the ingredients came from there, so I thought it would be a fun post idea. I’ve put together a shopping list for you to make these delicious tacos at home!
What You’ll Need…
1. TJ’s Beefless Ground Beef or Vegan Soy Chorizo
2. TJ’s Corn Tortillas
3. TJ’s Pico de Gallo Salsa
4. TJ’s Cruciferous Crunch Collection (a blend of shredded cabbage, kale, Brussels sprouts, and broccoli)
5. TJ’s Tahini Sauce
6. Organic Haas Avocados (or whatever avocados you can get your hands on these days.)
7. TJ’s Taco Seasoning Mix (be ware it is quite spicy)
How to…
1. Cook your desired vegan meat in a sauté pan with a touch of olive oil. Add seasoning as desired. I don’t recommend adding seasoning if you are using the soy chorizo.
2. Assemble tacos with tahini sauce, shredded veggie mix, avocado, and top with pico de gallo.
