This year I’ve been baking up a storm with pumpkin purée. I just can’t get enough of the stuff! Theres nothing better than diving into a warm pumpkin baked good while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea. This year I’ve been blown away by all the fabulous recipes being published by some of my favorite bloggers. I will be posting a round-up soon of all my favorites! Today I’m sharing a yummy muffin recipe inspired by one of my favorite ladies.

These muffins couldn’t have been anymore delicious! They are so moist and fluffy. We devoured them all in less than 24 hours. The pumpkin adds such a delicious flavor you’ll know Christmas is right around the corner when eating these!

Pumpkin Spice Lattes from Starbucks are one of my favorite holiday treats. I splurged this year and bought one in September *blush*. I don’t regret it one bit! I’m a Christmas baby so I’m a sucker the holiday treats. It’s really the one time of year I eat all things pumpkin so I intake as much as possible before the season is gone.
