Kale Smoothie

…Because have you seen what I eat on the weekends? Needless to say, when Monday morning rolls around, I’m craving something a little lighter. Just drinking something this green makes me feel like I’m eating something as healthy as it looks.

Recipe: Kale Smoothie
makes 2 smoothies

You’ll need:
2 cups of kale
1 1/2 cups of almond milk
2 cups of fresh fruit – I used peaches, mango and bananas
1/2 cup of ice

Blend together and enjoy! (That means I can save the calories I didn’t really eat for breakfast for dessert, right?)
