Garden Salad With Cranberries And Feta

This
is a super easy recipe! Bright and crisp flavors mingle together, and
the feta adds a perfect hint of salt! I love topping this with Raspberry
Vinaigrette dressing, but you can use any you like. I personally would
not recommend any strong ones though: stick to vinaigrette if possible.

Garden Salad with Cranberries and Feta

Servings: Two                                             Calories Per Serving: 115+dressing of your choice

Ingredients:

  • 4c. spring greens (usually spinach/radicchio mix)
  • 1/4c. reduced-fat feta cheese
  • 1/3c. dried cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing(or other of your choice)

Instructions:

  1. Place spring greens in a large bowl or plate. Sprinkle with feta and cranberries, and drizzle dressing on top.
  2. Devour!
