Apple and Peach Smoothie Bowl (dairy free, gluten free, paleo).
1/4 cup raw walnuts;
juice from 1/2 lemon;
full tsp fresh grated ginger;
1 tsp almond butter;
pinch of vanilla and sea salt;
1 cup coconut water (or non-dairy milk).
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
Decorate with toppings of your choice. I used bee pollen, cacao nibs, almond flakes, pumpkin seeds, goji berries and almond butter.
