Mushroom And Spinach Couscous

Mushroom And Spinach Couscous
The healthy season is back! Yes, I’m in that phase again where I give more important to fitness and health. I know I have been breaking so many weight loss vows in the past. I admit that I have so little attention span for any of my ambitions lately.

So yesterday I went grocery shopping. And to stick to being healthy, I tried my best to get fresh and healthy stuff. I got lots of greens, potato and pumpkin. The fresh cucumbers were juicy. I also got some mangoes and guavas as well. Something I rarely cook at home is couscous. I decided to buy a box of it. I don’t even know what I will do with it because I never really like couscous. But well, it’s healthy. I’ve got to try.

I want to eat healthy and not be miserable. It’s easy to incorporate the flavor that you like into the healthy spree. I like the flavor of mushroom. It’s earthy and delicious. I love the gorgeous green of spinach. Mushroom and spinach work well together, making this dish so comforting and delightful.
