Mint Chip Smoothie
- 3 Frozen Bananas
- 1 cup Soy Milk- 8 oz
- 2 Big Handfuls of Tender Baby Spinach or Kale
- 1-2 Tsp of Cacao Nibs
- 3-5 Drops of Peppermint Extract
Directions
- In a blender, add soy milk, bananas, and greens. Blend till smooth.
- Add in peppermint extract one drop at a time, until desired minty flavor!
- Add in cacao nibs and pulse a few times, to chop them up.
- Top with a sprinkle of cacao nibs
