Lightened Up Ranch Dip

Lightened Up Ranch Dip

Three day weekends holds such possibility.  It really is a perfect weekend.  One day to chill… the beach, the pool, the couch, the to-do list, whatever. One day for family. One day for friends.  You get to see all your peeps and you can still rest or get things done or whatever it is you need to do on your day off. Perfection.

This ranch dip has a lot of possibility too.  It’s great for a veggie tray for your Labor Day cook out, you could whip some up to toss in the kiddos’ lunch boxes on their first day back, or serve it next weekend for football.  It’s one of those handy, summer-meets-fall recipes to have in your back pocket.  Plus, only two- ingredients! Non-fat Greek yogurt and a packet of Hidden Valley Buttermilk Ranch Seasoning Mix! My mother-in-law Wimberly, the queen of appetizers, served this early this summer and I fell in love.  Rich, creamy and super tasty, you’ll love this recipe too.  Do it, and have a great Labor day weekend!
