Dessert for breakfast?
I love chia seeds! If you’re not familiar with these powerful super seeds let me fill you in. Chia seeds are tiny little seeds, which look like poppy seeds in their size and shape. They can vary in colour from black to white and don’t really taste like anything at all. I hear what you’re thinking…why bother eating them? Well they are jammed packed full of goodness, that’s why! They contain Omega 3, protein, fibre and magnesium all in their little 1mm pod. They also absorb 10times their weight in water making them a great hydrator when you mix them into a glass of water and also make you stay fuller for longer.
My chia seed puddings are always a hit. You can have them for breakfast through to dessert because they are so tasty and incredibly good for you!
