VEGAN Cauliflax Protein Porridge!

Vanilla Cauliflax Porridge

Grain Free, Gluten Free, Nut Free, Dairy Free, Vegan

You will need:

4 tbsp milled flax
1 heaped cup riced cauliflower
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk
1 scoop MRM Vanilla Bean Veggie Elite Protein Powder
1 tsp Beanilla vanilla extract
sweetener of choice, to taste (i don’t use any sweetener, i think it’s sweet enough from the protein powder!)


Directions:

In a small sauce pan, add the water, milk, flax and cauliflower.
Turn on the heat to medium.
Whisking every so often, let this cook for about 5 minutes to thicken slightly, so the flax absorbs the liquids
When the porridge has almost reached your desired consistency, add the Vanilla Bean Veggie protein, Beanilla vanilla extract, and sweetener of choice.
Stir until all are incorporated, pour into a bowl and top with whatever you want!!
