Toffee-Rolled Chocolate Covered Strawberries
1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
6 ouncesDottie’s Toffee in Dark Chocolate, crushed
Wash the strawberries and dry them thoroughly. Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave them for 2 minutes on 50% power. Stir with a fork until smooth. If there are still chunks, microwave an additional 90 seconds on 50% power if necessary. Meanwhile, place the crushedDottie’s Toffee in Dark Chocolate in another shallow bowl.
Dip the strawberries, one by one, into the dark chocolate and then roll them into theDottie’s Toffee crumbs. Place each on wax paper, not touching, until set. Refrigerate until ready to serve, or, serve immediately. If desired, place large toothpicks in the strawberries, for easy serving.
