Smoothie Instructions
Banana Mango Smoothie

What do you need for a super duper Smoothie. My instruction for building a delicious smoothie.

1. Fruits or vegetables; choose 2 or 3
e.g. mango, pineapple, banana, berries, peach, pear, apple, papaya or kale, spinach, avocado, celery, cucumber, beetroot

2. Fibre; choose 1 or 2
e.g. oats, bran, coconut rasp, nut butter, seed butter, soaked buckwheat, cocnut oil

3. Liquid
e.g. rice milk, coconut milk/water, almondmilk, water, yogurt, oat milk, cashew milk

4. Extras; choose 1 or 2
e.g. baobab, maca, spirulina, tumeric, berry powder, raw cacao, matcha, chia seeds, wheatgrass

5. Like; choose 1
e.g. cinnamon, cardamom, nut meg, lemon juice

6. Sweetener; optional
e.g. maple syrup, dates, honey

7. Toppings; optional
e.g. berries, fruit slieces, roasted nuts, cacao nibs, nut butter

Notes:
-Use frozen fruit, which gives the smoothie a creamy consistency.
-Pack your ripe fruits (peeled and cut into small pieces) in freezer bags and let them freeze overnight.
– If you don`t have frozen fruits, use ice cubs.
