Most of the times, I plainly cooked noodle as per package instruction, and in a few minutes, my meal is ready. But when I want things to be a little different, I put a little work on it. Like this dish, Stir Fried Instant Noodle with Chicken and Vegetables, I give it another 5 minutes or so, to add chicken, veggies and to think about the different seasonings. At the end, it’s still a lazy dish… a comforting delicious lazy dish.
