Taco Crescent Rolls | Beyond Meat

Taco Crescent Rolls | Beyond Meat
These Taco Crescent Rolls are a family favorite! With just a sizzle, roll, and bake! You can have dinner done in 15 minutes. They can be dressed down, for a handheld lunch on the go, dressed up with guacamole, or drizzled with enchilada sauce. Be prepared for a standing ovation from the family! You deserve it #livinginthekitchen ! Oh, and did I mention that when you use 100% plant-based Beyond Meat Beefy Crumbles you get all the protein, but half the fat, compared to using an animal-based meat? Yep, these Taco Crescent Rolls just keep getting better and better.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Sauté Beyond Meat Beefy Crumbles with 1/4 cup water. Add in taco seasoning to desired taste preference. If the mixture starts to stick to the pan add in a few more tablespoons of water. Cook until fully defrosted and the water is absorbed.
  3. Pull dough apart into triangles and place on parchment paper.
  4. Add a spoonful of Beefy Crumbles, Beans (straight from the can), vegan cheese, and salsa at the base of the triangles
  5. Roll up into a crescent, and fold in sides
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown
  7. Top with favorite toppings !
  8. Enjoy !
