Peanut Butter Banana + Honey Shake
Makes 1 shake
You will need:
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1-2 scoops vanilla Whey powder (I love Trader Joes’ brand)
- 1/2-3/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- dashes of cinnamon, ground ginger, and nutmeg
- raw honey, drizzled along the side of your glass of choice
Blend all of the ingredients together (minus the honey) for several seconds until you have reached your desired consistency and smoothness. Enjoy! (It’s awesome.)
