Peanut Butter Banana + Honey Shake
Sometimes all I want in the morning for breakfast or after the gym is this delicious smoothie shake. I made it up several months ago and have been testing it consistently since. It’s my latest go-to for a wonderful combination of flavors: almond, vanilla, peanut butter, banana, cinnamon, and honey. Not to mention protein and tons of nutrients! I can guarantee you will love it. Other variations to try might be almond butter, coconut, or cookie butter. I can’t wait to try a new spin on it! Let me know what you think.

Peanut Butter Banana + Honey Shake

Makes 1 shake

You will need:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1-2 scoops vanilla Whey powder (I love Trader Joes’ brand)
  • 1/2-3/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • dashes of cinnamon, ground ginger, and nutmeg
  • raw honey, drizzled along the side of your glass of choice

Blend all of the ingredients together (minus the honey) for several seconds until you have reached your desired consistency and smoothness. Enjoy! (It’s awesome.)
