Nutritious Breakfast Cookies {Zdrowe Ciasteczka Owsiane}
This is a great recipes for cookies which are not only super delicious, but also very healthy. They are made with almond flour and coconut oil which makes them gluten and diary free. I can make these every day and feed them to my kids as I know that all the ingredients are very good for them.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1 1/2 cup of almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 1/2 cup of coconut oil, melted (can be substituted with butter)
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 Tbsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl, add the rest of ingredients, mix well. Drop the batter by spoonfuls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 12 minutes until the edges turn golden brown. Remove from oven and wait till they completely cool down before removing them from the cookie sheet.
