Homemade "Quest Bar" [Whey + Dairy Free]

Do you know you need to eat more fiber but don’t want to eat 1000 lbs of veggies post-workout? Do you love Quest Bars? Do you cry a little on the inside when you purchase one for that price? If you answered “yes” to these questions – you’re in luck!! You can make your very own Quest-style bars using only a few ingredients! With these super easy recipes, you can control exactly what ingredients goes into your bars and tailor their nutrition to your own goals!

I have a tested a few flavors here, including Mint Chocolate, Banana Nut Muffin, and Double Chocolate Chunk. More coming soon! 🙂

Homemade Quest-style Protein Bars
Gluten Free, Whey Free, High Fiber

Quest-style Protein Bars

Mint Chocolate

Mint Chocolate Quest Bar

1 scoop (~35g) MRM Chocolate Egg White Protein powder
5-7 drops Beanilla Pure Peppermint Extract
2 T Sweet It Vitafiber Syrup
In a microwave-safe bowl, add the Vitafiber syrup and microwave for about 20 seconds until it begins to bubble. Add the peppermint extract and chocolate protein powder, and mix with a spoon until it forms a dough. Wet your hands with warm water and mold into a rectangular shape, like a Quest Bar. Refrigerate for a couple hours to set.

Macros: 150kcal, 22P, 26C (5g net), 21g fiber, 0F

Banana Nut Muffin

Banana Nut Muffin

1 scoop (~35g) MRM French Vanilla Egg White protein powder
1 tsp Organic Burst Maca Powder
2 T Vitafiber syrup
5 drops banana flavor
5 drops Beanilla Black Walnut flavor
3 walnut halves, crushed
In a microwave-safe bowl, add the Vitafiber syrup and microwave for about 20 seconds until it begins to bubble. Add the banana flavor, Beanilla Black Walnut extract, crushed walnuts and french vanilla protein powder, and mix with a spoon until it forms a dough. Wet your hands with warm water and mold into a rectangular shape, like a Quest Bar. Refrigerate for a couple hours to set.

Macros: 200kcal, 22P, 26C (5g net), 21g fiber, 4F

Double Chocolate Chunk

Double Chocolate Chunk

1 scoop MRM Chocolate Egg White protein
2 T Vitafiber syrup
5 drops Beanilla Chocolate Flavor
3 walnut halves, crushed

Add the Beanilla Chocolate flavor, crushed walnuts and chocolate protein powder, and mix with a spoon until it forms a dough. Wet your hands with warm water and mold into a rectangular shape, like a Quest Bar. Refrigerate for a couple hours to set.
