Ingredients
3 bananas
1 avocado
Handful Spinach
2 juiced apples (or pure apple juice)
Ice
Handful of Granola
Handful of chia seeds
1. Blend 2 bananas, avocado, spinach, apple juice and ice. Transfer to a bowl
2. Add which ever toppings you like – granola, seeds, fruit, honey, nut butter etc. I used granola, chia seeds, a sliced banana and honey.
