Buttermilk Pancakes

Buttermilk Pancakes
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

2 tbsp. sugar

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

3/4 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups buttermilk

1/4 cup milk

2 eggs

2 oz. ( 1/2 stick) melted butter

1. In one bowl mix all the dry ingredients. In another bowl mix all the liquid ingredients.

2. Heat up your pan that your going to cook the pancakes on. Then with a whisk mix the dry and the liquid ingredients together. Spoon pancake batter into the hot pan cook on both sides until golden brown. Repeat until all the batter is gone.

Enjoy for Breakfast!!!
