Airfryer Salmon

Airfryer Salmon

My Philips AirFryer is one of my favorite cooking tools right now. I seriously don’t know how I would cook without it. Of course I bought it for the sole reason that you can make crispy, crunchy french fries with only about a tablespoon of oil. Little did I know how much I would use it. I use it for crispy brussel sprouts, Sriracha honey cauliflower, steaks, french fries, and this salmon. There is so much more you can make with it. I love that I can set the timer and it turns off on its own when it is done. This is essential with a baby because you never know when you are going to have a hungry baby, a diaper explosion, or any other urgency. Being able to not have to watch anything cooking is essential right now.

Here is what you need:

2 pieces of salmon

Fresh Dill, choped

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Here is how you make it:

1.  Place rack in AirFryer

2. Rub salmon with olive oil and place on top of rack

3. Turn AirFryer on to 270 degrees for 15 minutes

4. Sprinkle salmon with fresh dill and enjoy
